Cabbage & Apple Slaw


1 lb. shredded cabbage (7 cups)

¼ cup chopped red onion

2 granny smith apples, chopped

½ cup chopped walnuts

¼ cup cider vinegar

¼ cup apple cider or juice

1 ½ tsp. honey

1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley



In large bowl combine cabbage, red onion, apples, and walnuts. In small bowl whisk together vinegar, cider and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Toss dressing with vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley.

Chill until ready to serve.
