Simple Pita Chips

Serves 2



2 whole wheat pitas

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil



Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut each pita into 8 wedges. Place wedges on a baking sheet, and brush them with oil. Bake for 7 minutes, turn the wedges over, and bake for 3-5 more minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven, cool, and serve.
