Whole Grain Pancakes


ingredients

1 cup spelt flour

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour

2 T sugar (raw)

2 T baking powder

2 T ground flaxseed

1 tsp salt

2 cups soy milk (or skim or almond milk)

2 T oil

1 T vanilla

 

instructions

Combine dry then wet ingredients. Add dark chocolate chips, blueberries, strawberries, or bananas if desired.
